Summary:

We are currently looking for a Startup Program Manager to work with Leading US Turnkey Energy Solutions Company specializing in innovative service and equipment solutions to the energy industry worldwide. Due to the exponential growth they have experienced, and with an ever-increasing pipeline of orders, they are seeking a highly experienced startup commissioning manager to support development and manage the startup program as well as supervise and coordinate activities for Startup and Commissioning.

The Startup Program Manager’s Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review startup schedules and administrative procedures
• Coordinate commissioning systems with Startup Managers
• Review P&IDs, design drawings, and specifications for project understanding
• Conduct process analysis and recommend adjustments as needed
• Develop startup and commissioning plans, including safety guidelines, test procedures, and schedules
• Collaborate with project managers and vendors during commissioning

The Startup Program Manager’s Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Startup and Commissioning experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
• Must complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
