Table Games Shift Manager

Full‑time position.

• Direction and supervision of the table games area including all functions and employees.
• Accurate control of funds assigned to and derived from all operations within the department.
• Supervises all personnel and ensures the necessary skills for each position.
• Reviews supervisors and dealers’ progress and performance.
• Builds relationships with guests to contribute to customer development and company wide marketing efforts.
• Safeguards company assets located within the casino department.
• Enforces casino rules and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with gaming regulations and Regulation 6A.
• Approves credit as provided by the Credit Policy.
• Responds to customer disputes arising in the casino.
• Directs assignments of pit personnel.
• Assists in the supervision of all Table Games.
• Assists in selection, training, evaluation, discipline, scheduling and work assignments while monitoring staff performance and productivity of Table Games personnel.
• Ensures compliance with IRGC regulations, company policies and internal controls.
• Assists in proper staffing and scheduling of Table Games personnel.
• Assumes authority of Shift Manager in their absence.
• Observes and ensures compliance with all safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Performs other incidentals and related duties as required and/or assigned.
