Position based onsite in Lincoln, MO, within the Power Efficiency Solutions Segment. The Plant Controller oversees the plant's financial operations, including reporting, analysis, forecasting, and maintaining a robust control environment. Responsibilities include working collaboratively across functions, reporting directly to the Segment Director of Finance Operations, and dotted line to the Plant Manager.

• Business partner for the Plant Manager, collaborating with operational and functional leaders to identify and resolve operational challenges and drive a best-in-class production environment.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and KPI reporting.
• Provide insights on variance drivers against prior year and forecasts, and on plant performance to drive actions that improve business results.
• Track trends, validate deviations, identify risks and opportunities, and drive mitigation actions.
• Assist in developing financial plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Drive cost control and reduction through in-depth understanding of cost drivers, cost/benefit analysis, granular tracking, and challenging inefficiencies.
• Conduct productivity analysis of material and labor costs and recommend improvements impacting overall plant performance.
• Maintain accurate product costing records and manage year-end cost roll-up of new standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions, collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, and mitigate E&O risk.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to verify accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Prepare annual operational budgets and periodic forecasts ensuring high forecasting accuracy and clear explanations of assumptions and bridge items.
• Ensure compliance of reporting and internal controls with accounting standards, Sarbanes‑Oxley, corporate policies and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic control and process audits to ensure adherence to internal control policies and manufacturing best practices.
• Assist internal and external auditors during plant audits, identifying root causes and remediation plans, and track implementation status.
• Participate with site team members to ensure SQDC culture and implement projects to achieve location goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years’ experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• English and Spanish speaking ability.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Hands‑on, resourceful, initiative‑driven, results‑orientated with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Ability to evaluate and mentor teams to higher standards.
• Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence resources outside one’s direct responsibility.
• Change agent with high sense of urgency and personal drive to achieve excellence.
• Ability to communicate complex financials understandably at all levels.

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Accounting certification preferred (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACMA).
• Oracle experience a plus.
