Universal Banker

Midland States Bank seeks a Part-Time Universal Banker for our community-focused branch. In this role, you will perform both teller and new account functions, delivering accurate, friendly service to personal banking customers. Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments, opening new accounts, and educating customers on digital banking tools. You'll identify needs, make appropriate referrals, and follow all compliance, security, and cash-handling procedures while supporting our relationship-based, community banking culture.
