To ensure all supplier, operational, and ad hoc payments are accurately reviewed, verified, authorised, and processed in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and delegated authority limits. The role is responsible for maintaining strong payment controls, mitigating financial risk, and ensuring timely and compliant payment execution.
Job Description- Payment review and authorisation
- Payment controls and compliance
- Reconciliations and query resolution
- Continuous improvement
- Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in payments, banking, creditors, or finance operations
- Experience working with banking platforms and payment authorisation controls
- Strong understanding of financial controls and payment governance
- Retail or FMCG finance environment
- Shared services finance operations
- High-volume payment processing environment
- Experience with ERP systems and electronic banking platforms
