is dedicated to resident-focused care provider to deliver the highest quality personal care service in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement individualized therapy plans, conduct speech and language evaluations, and provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers. Your expertise will enable our residents to maintain their independence, confidence, and overall well-being.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address resident needs
• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to residents
• Conduct ongoing assessments and reassessments to monitor resident progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
• Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based research

• Must have graduated from an accredited Speech Therapist college or university.
• Must have a valid professional license and registration.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
