A great outpatient clinic is looking for an experienced or newly graduated, hard‑working Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment. The Physical Therapist / PT will assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, provide direct patient care, develop and implement treatment programs, set realistic and achievable goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
Requirements- Graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to develop a plan of care for each patient.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
