As a key player in leading long‑term care organization, we seek the best in their fields.
This is a hybrid position in which the ideal candidate will support the front desk, assist with transportation, maintain medical records, and assist on the floor as needed. This is a unique role for our building that will require flexibility, team work, and a customer service focused person. Must be dependable and accountable.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the nursing home operates smoothly and that residents receive the care and attention they need. Your contributions significantly enhance the overall experience for both residents and visitors, fostering a supportive and organized environment.

Greet visitors, residents, and family members warmly, providing a positive first impression of the facility. Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, ensuring effective communication within the nursing home.
Handle various administrative tasks, including managing appointment schedules for residents, organizing transportation, and coordinating deliveries. Maintain records and assist with paperwork for new admissions.
Coordinate transportation and ride‑along with residents to and from physician appointments and other activities in a timely manner.
Manage, organize, and maintain patient health information to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility for healthcare providers.
Monitor access to the facility, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter. This includes managing visitor check‑ins and providing necessary information about the nursing home.
Act as a communication hub between residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Relay messages accurately and ensure that inquiries are addressed promptly.
Remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations or emergencies according to established protocols. This includes addressing complaints or issues raised by residents or their families.
