Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. We believe care starts with the environment, and our housekeeping team plays a vital role in resident comfort and well-being.

The Housekeeping Aide performs daily cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility standards. This role ensures the facility remains sanitary, organized, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff.

• Perform routine cleaning in resident and common areas
• Follow daily housekeeping schedules and assignments
• Clean offices, restrooms, therapy rooms, hallways, lounges, and entrances
• Respond to urgent cleaning needs as they arise
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and orderly environment
• Work cooperatively with staff to meet resident needs
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and dress code standards

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year housekeeping experience in a commercial or healthcare setting preferred
  
  Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
