* Key Responsibilities:

* * individual, family, and group counseling services that support recovery, emotional wellness, and personal growth
* ** Conduct
* * intake screenings, comprehensive assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to determine treatment needs and recommendations
* ** Develop
* * individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, clinical best practices, and regulatory requirements
* ** Facilitate
* * therapeutic groups, educational sessions, and evidence-based interventions including trauma-informed and co-occurring disorder treatment
* ** Support
* * clients through crisis situations by providing timely assessment, intervention, and stabilization services
* ** Collaborate
* * with medical providers, case managers, peer specialists, and other treatment team members to ensure coordinated care
* ** Monitor
* * client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to support positive outcomes
