Position Overview

Whitmoor Country Club is a member‑focused golf club committed to delivering exceptional golf and hospitality experience. We are currently seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Bag Room Assistant to join our Outside Operations team.

This role is integral to maintaining the club’s high standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and anticipatory service in a private club environment. • Provide a warm, professional welcome to members and guests upon arrival.
• Handle, store, and transport golf bags with exceptional care and attention.
• Prepare, stage, clean, and maintain golf carts to club standards.
• Maintain an immaculate and organized bag room and cart staging area.
• Clean clubs and assist members with equipment needs.
• Support daily outside golf operations efficiently and proactively.
• Deliver service that exceeds member expectations at every interaction.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 40 lbs).
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous private club or hospitality experience preferred.
