We are seeking an experienced, dependable Front Desk Supervisor to lead and support our front desk team while ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining high service standards and supporting the overall success of the front office. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, supporting and training front desk agents, monitoring guest service scores, and ensuring all procedures and brand standards are consistently followed.

This position will serve as the first point of contact for the front desk team, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and assisting with guest needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with leadership ability, a pleasant and positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and non-confrontational when handling challenges. This role requires someone who leads by example, supports team members, and helps maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Previous hotel front desk experience required; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional, calm, and non-confrontational demeanor
  • No schedule restrictions and must be able to work based on the operational needs of the hotel
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to assist with training, support team members, and maintain front desk standards
  • We are looking for a motivated leader who takes pride in guest service, team support, and maintaining a positive and professional front desk environment.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired
  • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
  • Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills
Compensation

$17.50 hourly
