Provide beverage service to guests and cocktail servers while maintaining excellent customer relations;
Pour drinks according to established recipes and maintain a clean and safe bar area;
Open/close bar according to established procedures and supervise bar attendants;
Monitor par levels of all supplies and manage assigned bank with accountability for cash;
Ensure compliance with applicable licensing, regulations, and company policies; handle difficult customers professionally
