Responsibilities- Recruiting and staffing for all Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana locations
- Onboarding and orientation for new employee
- Workers’ compensation and safety processes including OSHA reporting
- Unemployment claim processing and hearings
- Assigning training and tracking course completion for parts employees at all locations
- Property and casualty insurance claim processing and reporting
- HR reporting
- Paid holidays and PTO

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 2 – 3 years HR and/or recruiting experience preferred
- Previous experience with a Talent Acquisition System and/or a HRIS system preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
