Renewal by Andersen, the leading window replacement company backed by more than 120 years of innovation, is seeking a detail‑driven Human Resources Administrator to support our HR and Talent Acquisition teams. As a Human Resources Administrator, you’ll help deliver a smooth, accurate, and professional experience for candidates and employees while upholding our core values of Accountability, Collaboration, Excellence, Integrity, and Trust.
In this role, the Human Resources Administrator assists with onboarding, employee documentation, HR system updates, and maintaining compliant, organized records. You’ll support benefits tasks, training coordination, engagement initiatives, and compliance efforts. The Human Resources Administrator also plays an important role in leave‑of‑absence processes, including FMLA and ADA support, ensuring employees receive timely, accurate communication.
What the Human Resources Administrator will do:
- Support new‑hire onboarding, documentation collection, and system setup
- Maintain employee files and update all HR systems with accuracy
- Assist with benefits‑related tasks and training coordination
- Prepare reports, track HR and TA metrics, and support internal audits
- Partner with HR leadership to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
- Support FMLA, ADA, and personal leave‑of‑absence procedures
