What You’ll Do
  • As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in building our teams across the country. You will:
  • Recruit at Scale:
    Source, attract, and hire top talent for a variety of roles.
  • Partner with Leaders:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Own the Process:
    Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letters, and background checks.
  • Create a Great Candidate

    Experience:

    Ensure every applicant feels valued, informed, and excited about joining Renewal by Andersen.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    0–2 years in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or related fields. New grads encouraged to apply!
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Mindset:
    Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Knowledge:
    Familiarity with recruiting best practices and employment law is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person.
