The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Support Integration Specialist (Associate or Experienced) located in Saint Charles, MO
. The selected candidate will execute support program activities, including support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.

Position

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist support program plans and schedules, validate standard deliverables and support trade studies for platform subsystems.
• Research, document and provide technical information and support the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.
• Provide data development for integrated support subsystems.
• Validate standard deliverables and support trade studies for platform subsystems.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years working with integrated logistics support, fleet management, supply chain management, and/or Performance Based Logistics/contracting.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years working with integrated logistics support, fleet management, supply chain management, and/or Performance Based Logistics/contracting.
• Experience with depot maintenance task cards and workflow scheduling.
• Experience with Program Management & Project Management.
• 1+ years’ experience with creating and tracking metrics for on‑time deliveries and first‑time quality.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Systems (Compass, SCARS, GOLD).

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Associate‑Level Summary Pay Range: $73,100 to $98,900
Experienced‑Level Summary Pay Range: $90,950 to $123,050
