ERP Project Support Specialist

We are seeking an ERP Project Support Specialist to join a growing team supporting a large-scale ERP implementation within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, data analysis, and working closely with business and technical teams to drive successful ERP initiatives.

• Support the implementation and optimization of Syspro ERP software
• Collaborate with functional user groups to develop customized business solutions
• Create core process documentation to support training and operational alignment
• Test ERP system processes and validate system outcomes
• Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership teams
• Develop custom reports and assist with data analytics initiatives
• Coordinate with ERP support teams to resolve technical issues
• Learn and support additional software platforms tied to ERP and application management

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Experience with Syspro ERP software
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and reporting tools
• 2-3 years of ERP-related experience
• 1-2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
