Location: St. Charles
In this role, you will serve as an entry-level technical support professional focused on learning Knowledge Lake products and services. You will assist in basic troubleshooting, customer communication, and resolution of support requests under the supervision of senior team members.
Functions of the Job Essential Functions- Learn and understand the Knowledge Lake platform and core services.
- Respond to and document incoming support requests from customers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support.
- Maintain detailed records of support interactions using internal tools.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality support.
- No requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Exposure to SaaS, customer support, or IT environments a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software systems and troubleshooting processes.
- Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
