The Boeing Precision Engagement Systems team is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support multiple software development teams in developing and deploying operational flight software for Direct Attack weapons. This role will help teams eliminate impediments, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and foster collaboration across development teams.

• Groom multiple software product backlogs
• Execute daily stand‑up and retrospective meetings
• Lead an Agile community of practice that includes Product Owners and process stakeholders
• Assist with sprint planning
• Monitor metrics and improve team outcomes
• Train teams on agile processes and tools
• Facilitate communication across teams
• Audit team performance and identify project risks
• Advise leadership on organizational progress

• Associate degree or higher in a related discipline and 3+ years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Scrum master certification
• 3+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master
• 1+ year of software development experience
• Experience with software backlog management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, Git Lab)

• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Agile coach certification
• Experience with metrics collection and associated tools (Excel, eazyBI)
• Experience with hosting meetings and associated tools (Web Ex, PowerPoint)

Experienced: $94,350 – $127,650
Senior: $118,150 – $159,850
Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
