We're seeking a Technical Service Representative to support customers in the pharmacy and long-term care industry by helping resolve equipment and operational challenges. What You'll Do- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online support systems
- Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues using technical documentation, drawings, and software tools
- Diagnose and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Conduct equipment repairs, modifications, and adjustments as needed
- Assist with testing and evaluation of new products and technologies
- Review customer processes and recommend technical solutions to improve operations
- Document service activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
- Monitor and manage support cases to ensure timely resolution
- Serve as a technical resource for supported products and applications
- Participate in ongoing training and product development initiatives
- Travel locally and occasionally out of state to support customer needs
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience diagnosing and resolving equipment-related issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience working with technical documentation and service reports
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Technical installation, equipment support, or field service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Ability to push, pull, kneel, reach, sit, walk, and stand throughout the workday
- Ability to work with equipment, tools, and technical systems in various environments
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
