Location: St. Charles
Connection is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to join our hybrid IT team. You will decommission end-of-life PCs, deploy new systems, and redeploy in-service machines using Intune, Autopilot, and MDM while delivering strong end-user support.
You will work globally with multiple operating companies and help ensure a smooth hardware lifecycle and responsive help desk service, balancing onsite and remote tasks from our Missouri location.
