EPC, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Support specialist in St. Charles, MO to provide first-level troubleshooting for Windows PCs, printers, Microsoft 365, email, and connectivity.
You will log requests via phone, email and our ticketing system and assist with basic hardware installations and system updates. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year of MSP/IT support experience, knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server and Microsoft 365, plus basic networking.
