Within the Service

Nowgroup, the Service Now Implementation Specialist is needed to be responsible for the successful delivery ofService

Nowsolutions and services in a client consulting environment.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum 3+ Years' experience with Service Now Implementations
• Minimum 3+ Years' experience of experience in JavaScript or related application development
• Minimum 3+ Years of experience with Application
  
  Experience:
  
  Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

• Agular JS
• Advanced Skills with Service Now Development APIs
• Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience
• LDAP Integration experience
• Single Sign-on configuration and administration
• SQL Experience
• Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to large Audiences
• Advanced Application
  
  Experience:
  
  ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, PPM a Plus, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI

• ITIL Foundation Certified i.e., ITIL
• Service Now System Administration Certified
• Service Now Implementation Specialist Certified
• Service Now Developer Certified
• ATP Trainer Certified a Plus
