Senior Marketing Analyst

• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to enhance GM Protection consumer acquisition and retention programs
• Drive analytics for marketing campaign performance across social media, app, web, and email channels
• Assess competitive benchmarks and market analytics to improve product performance
• Integrate multiple data sources to improve conversion through customer segmentation, channel attribution, funnel leakage analytics, next best offer, and ad hoc analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define strategic goals, OKRs, and KPIs and ensure accurate performance tracking
• Develop reporting and dashboards monitoring marketing campaign and channel behavior and performance
• Communicate results to internal audiences, including senior leaders, using data storytelling
• Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with Integration and Developer teams
• Design and manage controlled experiments and tests, including A/B and multivariate tests, end-to-end

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or other quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years of total relevant experience required
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with statistical analysis software (SAS, Python, SQL, etc.) required
• In‑depth understanding of statistical analysis and statistical concepts, including significance testing, sampling, probability, variation, correlation, and bias
• Knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies, including Test vs Control, A/B, Multivariate, Incrementality, Break-even, Lift, Regression, and Cluster analysis
• Experience measuring and optimizing digital marketing performance using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience developing measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Advanced knowledge of data warehouses, data mining, and data analysis techniques
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation and data storytelling tools
• Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
