Mid-Level or Experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3 or Level
4) – The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS).

Location:

St. Charles, MO.

• Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Apply SCM methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
• Analyze complex material requirements.
• Verify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan.
• Determine part number attributes.
• Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
• Ensure on-time delivery.
• Document and resolve order delinquencies.
• Report schedule adherence issues.
• Develop and control inventory plans.
• Optimize inventory levels.
• Analyze and disposition excess inventories.
• Initiate audits.
• Develop and create schedules for products and services.
• Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
• Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
• Work under general direction.

• 3+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of scheduling experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). A final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.

100% onsite. Candidate must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

First Shift on most occasions.

  Level 3 (Mid-Level) $85,850 – $106,050;
  Level 4 (Experienced) $106,250 – $131,250 USD.
