Position Overview
Experienced Procurement Agent (Level
3) – Precision Strike team, Saint Charles, Missouri.
100% onsite. 1st shift.
Position Responsibilities- Integrate program, customer, product and in‑service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.
- More than 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
- More than 3 years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts.
- More than 3 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
- More than 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Export Control RequirementsMust meet U.S. export control compliance. A “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required.
Conflict of InterestSuccessful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.
RelocationRelocation assistance is not available. Candidates must relocate at their own expense.
TravelPosition may require up to 10% travel.

Pay & BenefitsPay range: $88,400 – $109,200. Total rewards package includes competitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
