Plant Operations – Maintenance Assistant

Leisure Care is seeking a Plant Operations – Maintenance Assistant to support the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize. HVAC certification is a plus, and experience working with seniors and state/local agencies for inspections is preferred.

• Provide interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
• Provide exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping.
• Assist in coordination of community events.
• Assist in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas.
