Salary Range: $24.00 To $26.00 Hourly
MLP Management, LLC is a well-established, regional property management company seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join its team!.
Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:- Maintain appearance of the community
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner, including painting
- Execute preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
- Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
- 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 years in multi-family) required
- EPA Certification
- CPO Certification
- Class A maintenance experience preferred
- Must be available to be on-call as required.
- Current and valid driver's license along with current auto insurance
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
On-call rotation required
