As the Program Director for our IDD Day Program, you will focus solely on creating meaningful, empowering experiences during daytime services that foster growth and make a lasting impact on the individuals we serve.

• Day Program Focus:
  Directly influence the structure, activities, and outcomes of a vibrant IDD day program.
• Purposeful Leadership:

• Oversee daily operations of the Day Program.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff while fostering a supportive team culture.
• Ensure person‑centered, high‑quality services that meet individual needs.
• Manage budgets, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and the community.
• Provide on‑call support to ensure seamless program operations.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ Human Services experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and required state certifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate leadership and a hands‑on approach.
