Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM-5PM
Pay:Starts at 50K, with market and experience-based adjustments

, you’ll lead the daily operations, performance, and culture of the St. Charles branch while building meaningful connections in the community you serve.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching a team, solving problems, improving processes, and celebrating wins together. If you’re dependable, solution‑oriented, and energized by helping both people and performance grow, you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll DoLead all daily branch operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, security, and compliance
Coach, mentor, and develop personal bankers and support staff
Drive branch performance through sales, service, and relationship‑building initiatives
Create a welcoming, high‑service environment where customers feel known and valued
Resolve complex customer needs and support escalated situations with professionalism and care
Monitor operational controls including cash management, audits, dual control procedures, and balancing
Review branch reports and performance metrics; identify opportunities and take action to improve results
Train and develop your team on products, systems, service standards, and compliance
Partner with Lending, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to support growth opportunities
Build local connections through networking and community involvement
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure strong coverage and teamwork
Champion digital banking tools and help customers and staff feel confident using them
Promote a positive, accountable, and fun team culture aligned with our values
Several years of banking experience with strong knowledge of branch operations and retail products
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
Strong understanding of compliance requirements (KYC/CIP, BSA/AML, operational standards)
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and confident decision‑maker
Comfortable with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
A reliable, consistent, “gets stuff done” mindset
- A heart for community and a desire to build long‑term relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
