As our Banking Center Manager, you'll lead the daily operations, performance, and culture of the St. Charles branch while building meaningful connections in the community you serve.

What You'll Do
- Lead all daily branch operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, security, and compliance
- Coach, mentor, and develop personal bankers and support staff
- Drive branch performance through sales, service, and relationship-building initiatives
- Create a welcoming, high-service environment where customers feel known and valued
- Resolve complex customer needs and support escalated situations with professionalism and care
- Monitor operational controls including cash management, audits, dual control procedures, and balancing
- Review branch reports and performance metrics; identify opportunities and take action to improve results
- Train and develop your team on products, systems, service standards, and compliance
- Partner with Lending, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to support growth opportunities
- Build local connections through networking and community involvement
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure strong coverage and teamwork
- Champion digital banking tools and help customers and staff feel confident using them
- Promote a positive, accountable, and fun team culture aligned with our values
- Several years of banking experience with strong knowledge of branch operations and retail products
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements (KYC/CIP, BSA/AML, operational standards)
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and confident decision-maker
- Comfortable with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
- A reliable, consistent, "gets stuff done" mindset
- A heart for community and a desire to build long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
