Warehouse and Fulfillment Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

The Warehouse and Fulfillment Supervisor is a hands‑on working supervisor responsible for overseeing and actively participating in all aspects of warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, and customer‑facing operations. This role combines leadership, teamwork, and technical ability – ensuring that materials, event assets, and fulfillment items are properly set up, maintained, repaired, stored, and shipped efficiently. The Supervisor works directly with team members on the warehouse floor, actively supporting daily operations while coordinating logistics and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

  • Supervise and actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of event assets, merchandise, and fulfillment materials; implement controls to prevent loss and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including scheduling carriers, preparing bills of lading and other documentation, and tracking shipments through delivery.
  • Communicate directly with carriers, third‑party logistics providers, and vendors to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective transportation.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
  • Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate, timely delivery of customer and internal orders.
  • Coordinate preparation and transport of materials for events, trade shows, and activations, including hands‑on support with setup and teardown.
  • Collaborate with Business Services, Marketing, Sales, and Project Management teams to meet client and project timelines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers regarding order status, shipping updates, logistics planning, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all materials are properly packaged, labeled, documented, and presented in alignment with customer expectations and brand standards.
  • Perform and oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, event structures, displays, lighting, and tools to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues related to warehouse and event assets.
  • Maintain workshop tools, hardware, and supplies to support daily operational needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce freight costs, and extend equipment life.
  • Lead by example on the warehouse floor, providing hands‑on support, guidance, and training to team members.
  • Assist with scheduling, work assignments, and prioritization based on operational and customer demands.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse environment.
  • Ensure pro er operation and routine inspection of forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Support reporting, budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management activities related to warehouse and logistics functions.
Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required.
