Operations Manager

Job Description

Crossroads Courier is hiring an Operations Manager to lead one of our divisions in a fast‑paced courier environment. You’ll run the operation like your own business: owning results, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement with the support of a growing organization.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can balance strategy with execution and isn’t afraid to jump in when needed.

Salary:$85,000 annually + benefits

Location:Multiple locations (Relocation required)

Schedule:Full-time | 24/7 operations leadership

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations for one division
• Drive efficiency, service levels, and growth
• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline staff
• Own P&L performance, budgets, and cost control
• Track KPIs and lead process improvements
• Maintain strong customer relationships and meet SLAs
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 coverage
• Lead new account launches and implementations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, courier, or fast-paced operations
• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degreein Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Proven people leadership and performance management experience
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems
• Willingness to relocate
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
