No automotive experience? That’s OK! At JASPER, we pride ourselves in our training programs. We strive to provide you with all necessary tools and skills to be successful in your role. We provide a 4-day training program (JET
101) and have additional hands‑on training. Our training programs will help you get acclimated to your new role, the automotive industry, and JASPER’s culture. Apply today and we will bring you in for an interview and help you find a good fit.

The Transmission POD is divided into stations:
Disassembly, Inspect, Subassembly, and Final Assembly. Each member of the POD is trained to work in each position and rotates to a different station each day.

The Gas Engine POD is divided into areas:
Disassembly, Prep/Salvage, Machining, Cleaning and Assembly. Each member is trained to work in multiple positions in each area to allow rotation each day.

These stations require an individual who is a decision‑maker, has an eye for detail, can utilize various types of tools, machinery, and gauging equipment, and must have good hand dexterity.

• Monday through Thursday, typical hours are 6:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with possibility of Friday overtime
