National Cart is hiring Aluminum/Steel/Galvanized MIG Welders in St. Charles, MO.

• Steel/GALV Welders:
  1st
  
  Shift: $24/hr.
  2nd
  
  Shift: $25.50/hr.
  3rd Shift: $26/hr.
• Aluminum Welders:
  1st
  
  Shift: $26.41/hr.
  2nd
  
  Shift: $27.91/hr.
  3rd Shift: $28.41/hr.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 1st

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
SUNDAY – THURSDAY 1st

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

St. Charles, MO

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to weld steel and galvanized materials.
• Perform welding in a safe, efficient, and quality‑focused manner.
• Adjust welding machines as needed to maintain weld quality.
• Produce welds with minimal smoke, splatter, or defects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and prints.
• Manufacture products using fixtures or welding tables when required.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, protractors, clamps, and hand tools.
• Maintain consistent production levels and quality standards.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors and team members.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures.

• MIG welding experience required.
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
