Monroechamber is seeking a skilled Steel Welder for first shift (6:00am-2:30pm). You will set up and operate MIG welders to hand weld galvanized steel, carbon steel, and stainless steel, following prints and specifications.
Candidates must read symbols and tolerances, adjust weld settings, and produce high-quality welds with minimal rejects. Physical stamina required: stand 8 hours, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 60 pounds in a loud manufacturing environment.
