Manufacturing ​/ Production Operator, Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate and maintain machinery to achieve high-quality production standards
• Perform set-up and adjustments on all manufacturing machines to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct general and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing machines to minimize downtime
• Train production operators, feeders, and packers in the proper operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery
• Support the maintenance technicians in production equipment repairs to ensure continuous operation
• Coordinate and assist in executing daily schedules to complete all tasks on time
• Maintain accurate production records of materials used and spoiled
• Participate in tasks necessary to ensure the continuous operation of the production process
• Follow all plant safety rules and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor the quality of products being produced to ensure they meet company standards

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math, reading and writing skills are required to perform this job
• Mechanical aptitude is required.

Demonstrates proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery while ensuring high‑quality production standards. Capable of training operators and maintaining accurate production records to support efficient production processes.
