As Manufacturing Supervisor — Chemical Processing at Sinse Cannabis, you'll run point on hydrocarbon extraction, ethanol extraction, post-processing, and distillation — working hands‑on alongside your team while owning the schedule, the batch records, and the standard for safety and quality on the floor. This is a working‑supervisor role for someone who wants real technical ownership and a direct hand in developing the people around them.
You’ll lead a team of 2–4 Manufacturing Technicians and report directly to the Manufacturing Manager. Pay starts at $26.00/hour, with a clear, merit‑based path up to $31.00/hour as you prove out key competencies and take on greater responsibility. Starting rate is based on your experience level coming in. A Missouri Agent required, and all candidates must be 21 years of age or older.

The Manufacturing Supervisor — Chemical Processing leads a small team of manufacturing technicians in the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all chemical processing workflows. This role is hands‑on by design: you'll work the floor alongside your team while providing day‑to‑day direction, ensuring adherence to SOPs and cGMP standards, and serving as the go‑to technical resource for chemical processing operations. What sets this role apart from a Manufacturing Technician III is direct supervisory accountability — ownership of daily production scheduling and task assignment, authority to review and approve batch records, and responsibility for escalating personnel and process issues to the Manufacturing Manager.
You'll be expected to model best practices in safety, compliance, and technical execution while actively developing the technicians you lead.
- Directly supervise a team of 2–4 Manufacturing Technicians assigned to chemical processing workflows
- Assign daily tasks and production priorities, ensuring adequate personnel coverage and efficient workflow execution
- Provide hands‑on technical guidance and real‑time coaching during extraction, post‑processing, and distillation operations
- Conduct regular performance check‑ins, document observations, and communicate feedback and concerns to the Manufacturing Manager
- Lead onboarding, training, and qualification of new technicians on chemical processing equipment, safety protocols, and SOPs
- Foster a team culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Escalate personnel issues, production blockers, or safety concerns to the Manufacturing Manager promptly and with appropriate documentation
- Actively participate in and supervise all chemical processing workflows: hydrocarbon extraction, ethanol extraction, post-processing, and distillation
- Oversee and execute full‑cycle hydrocarbon extraction including pre‑run preparation, closed‑loop operation, solvent recovery, and post‑run cleanup in strict compliance with safety protocols and internal SOPs
- Supervise and perform ethanol extraction processes including material loading, solvent chilling, wash cycles, filtration, and solvent recovery
