Location: St. Charles
Flower Hire is seeking a hands-on Post-Harvest Manager in Missouri to lead post-harvest processing from harvest through finished bulk product. You’ll supervise day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and establish SOPs ensuring quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
You will manage scheduling, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement across a growing cannabis operation, collaborating with Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Packaging to keep production on schedule.
