Hire Level is seeking a Fabricator in Saint Charles, MO. Hire Level is partnering with an established manufacturer of commercial coffee and tea brewing equipment and related products. Located in a state-of-the-art 120,000-square-foot facility in Saint Charles, the company combines engineering, metal fabrication, electronics, and manufacturing under one roof. We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to operate laser cutting equipment, prepare metal components, and perform secondary fabrication operations.
The ideal candidate has stainless steel experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Saint Charles, MO Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Training: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM for approximately 3 months Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour Industry: Manufacturing | Metal Fabrication

- Operate and monitor laser cutting equipment and sheet loaders
- Cut and bend materials according to production specifications
- Inspect parts for proper size, quantity, and quality
- Perform grinding, tapping, deburring, and other secondary operations
- Complete required paperwork and production documentation
- Perform daily and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- 2+ years of fabrication experience required
- Stainless steel experience required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to stand for the entire shift with frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling
