Material Handler - St Charles

We are currently hiring a Material Handler to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is essential for maintaining a steady flow of materials, supporting production lines, and ensuring accuracy, organization, and safety throughout the shift.

• Use an RF scanner and IQMS system to track materials.
• Accurately scan materials in and out of inventory.
• Maintain the flow of materials to and from production equipment.
• Move completed skids to designated areas.
• Assist with building, stacking, and organizing skids.
• Package, label, and stack finished products as required.
• Prepare scrap and recyclable materials according to company procedures.
• Keep materials organized throughout the production floor.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Stage materials needed for production.
• Complete end-of-shift processing for finished goods.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• At least one year of Material Handler experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong organizational and material-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and dependable.
• Must be available to work the third shift.

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Pay: $20.00 per hour
