Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law is seeking a hands‑on, execution‑focused Marketing Manager to join our growing team in St. Charles.
This is an in‑office, implementation‑driven marketing role working directly with firm leadership and our Chief Marketing Officer to execute campaigns, manage systems, supervise assistants, maintain brand consistency, and ensure marketing initiatives are carried out effectively and professionally.

Compensation
Base Salary: $58,000 – $68,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonus:
Up to $10,000 annually (KPI‑based)
Total Compensation Potential: $65,000 – $75,000
Bonus is tied to measurable marketing execution, campaign implementation, and system performance metrics. This role offers clear growth potential with a path to Senior Marketing Manager for strong performers.
