ScheduleAlternating Monday/Thursday and every other weekend, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
Responsibilities- Administer medication and other prescribed treatments.
- Take vital signs.
- Assist with care plan activities.
- Observe and report patient conditions and behaviors.
- Participate in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers.
- Provide bedside care including feeding, gavage, bathing, bed making, ambulation, oral hygiene; record vitals.
- Observe patients to detect deviations from normal conditions and record/report signs and symptoms.
- Perform nursing duties such as decubitus care, tracheal care, suctioning, change of dressings, oxygen and aerosol therapy, catheterizations, bladder irrigations, instillation, douches, etc.
- Perform advanced practical nursing duties.
- Follow written and oral instructions, keep records, and make reports.
- Current license as a practical nurse in Missouri.
- No disciplinary actions within the last six months; discipline‑free for twelve months for promotion.
- Availability to work the specified schedule.
Base pay rate as indicated. Years of service adjustments, shift differentials, and other targeted salary payments are applied to total compensation subject to eligibility.
