Job Details
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. - No nights, weekends, holidays or on‑call duties.
- Community‑based program – build rapport with patients in an intimate setting.
- Mileage reimbursement available.
- Practicing autonomously with virtual support from a collaborating physician and peer APPs.
- Comprehensive financial package – experience‑based compensation.

- Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
- Current NP licensure in Missouri.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in palliative care, hospice, or geriatrics required.
