Team Workers Supplemental Staffing invites applications for this Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role.

As an LPN, you will ensure efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Key responsibilities include providing resident care, directing nursing care during assigned shifts, managing staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Active, in‑good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of six months of clinical experience
• Prior LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)
