Creates and implements staff education and professional development activities and programs that optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing educational and professional development activities and programs for clinical and non‑clinical areas.
- Collaborate with staff and representatives of other organizations to develop, present, and evaluate clinically focused training, continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Participate in activities that promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess the educational needs of the staff and develop appropriate education plans.
- Participate in professional development and lifelong learning.

Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing - Experience:
