BJC Health Care is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit. The ANM supports the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and patient care standards, serving as a mentor and clinical leader.
Requirements include BSN, RN licensure, 2–5 years RN experience with leadership preferred; ICU experience preferred. Night shifts: four 10-hour shifts starting 8pm or 10pm; benefits eligible from first day after start.
