Location: St. Charles
Position Details
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm. No weekends, holidays or on-call duties.
Acts as the clinical expert, promoting evidence-based practice while working with staff, patients, families, and physicians.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical expertise in a specialized area of nursing.
- Deliver direct care and consultation in patient management.
- Improve quality of healthcare by providing educational services to patients, families, community, and healthcare professionals.
- Educate, develop, and support clinical practice.
- Conduct scientific investigations and research.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNS program.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Licensed registered nurse and clinical nurse specialist credentials.
- Doctorate in Nursing.
- 2-5 years of clinical experience.
- Charge or leadership experience.
