Schedule:
Monthly scheduling, Float shift based on scheduling needs.
As a Registered Nurse (Float) at Royal Oaks Hospital, you'll provide compassionate, professional care across multiple units and age groups. In this dynamic role, you'll use your clinical skills and adaptability to support patients through moments of crisis and recovery—helping young people move toward wellness and stability.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in a psychiatric hospital setting
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate holistic patient care
• Promote patient and family education to encourage understanding and engagement in treatment
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and new employees
• Support the hospital's commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and professional development
• Demonstrate flexibility by covering a variety of shifts and units as needed
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise• Associate's degree in nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS At least one year of psychiatric experience preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: RN or GN that must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation required
